Hello,a little while back I heard someone saying that Tailors can make cloaks with the hood up, I just wanted to verify if this is possible or not. Thanks in advance for the posts!

Nope tailor's cannot make a hooded cloak. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel, they did fix necklaces Of course, I won't have any in stock with the nerf......
