Can any item of clothing have 4-sockets?...I know it's kind of rare, but are there items that aren't capable of geting a fourth socket ? Thanks!!

There are a couple of items that don't socket at all (can't remember of the top of my head, think one is a belt, the other is the Grand Ball Gown), otherwise everything else has a random chance of 0-4 sockets. At master, 4 sockets are supposed to be a 10% chance.

Jewellery cannot be socketed either.

Well not that it matters because in wearable containers, sockets are currently useless... but I dont believe it's possible for the tech pack to have sockets.
