I already tried the Trade forums for Chilastra, but either no one read it, no one cared, or it got knocked off the bottom too quickly for people to see. Plus, I've been trying to find someone for this for days, with no luck...
I have a (very badly) slapped together catalogue for the uniforms in my guild online at the moment. I'm working on improving it - I chucked it together on MS Word, just so I could get it online, rather than html coding it all. Clicky.
Lets say a hypothetical person joins the guild. The guild will provide them with their basic uniform, but nything else they will have to get themselves. If they have the basic stuff, which we have a large supply of on-base, they'll be okay for waiting around at HQ, and for the basic field operations. However, if they're required to go on a Covert Op, or a mission to Tatooine, or if they're going to be flying as part of the crew of a "capitol" (ie. Nova Cruiser or YT-1300) ship, or at a ceremony requiring formal dress, etc...they'll need the other uniforms.
Rather than the guild buy the uniforms in, and have cratefuls of items we may never need, and rather than charge guild members a fee to cover those expenses, we're just going to get them to buy and replace any uniform items beyond the original issued stuff. What I want to do is set up an RP situation with a couple of tailors, so that I can tell my people to get in touch with you. You'd be an "Agent working for Alliance Logistics", or something like that. The toons (or loons, depending on the individual) from my guild would contact you in-character, let you know what items they need, and could then arrange a pick-up from either you, or one of your contacts.
Its just a bit of harmless RP fun, that makes life a bit easier for me, and a bit more entertaining for guild members.
Would any Tailors be interested in that?

Alternatively, I'm looking for a "Chief Executive Officer" for the guild - basically, thats a glorified name for our "Secretary", "Quartermaster", and "Chief Crafter". If any of you would be interested in something like that, which wouldn't (unless you wanted it to) involve much field work, and would still allow you to craft for your own personal businesses in your off-duty time, please let me know.
Link to the guild site is over <------- there... and possibly somewhere down yonder somewhere.
Thanks for your time.
