Yes, I am only 4 3 3 4 and can get a 4 socket result. It's the "I want a belt and boots with melee/stun defense" that I seem to hear. Unless it's possible on the boxes I am still working on I don't think you can.

Correct. Belts, gloves, and boots cannot come with any type of defense / bonus.

Unless.. its a looted or CA'd normal socketed belt..

cuz I have a melee def +10 belt with +5 polearm accuracy hehe

Hats can at least have medic/entertainer/taming bonuses..I sell quite a few +25 medic chef's hats.
