is it possible to have a formfiting undershirt with melee/stun and injury/wound and if so what stats on each each

No, not possible. There's no slot for Synth Cloth in FF undershirts. So, only melee/stun is possible.

the only clothing that takes both types of tissues are pants (camos, crafters, reinforced ugly ones) and jackets (specops dusters, heavy reinforced, command)
