Tailor Archive

I have received several different types of Tissue Engineered Clothes from Bio-Engineers and I for the life of me have not been able to figure out how to use them. I have had other Biological Components that I have been able to add to my Synthetic Cloth and enhancement items to add to sockets but I have not been able to use the actual Clothes. I am at Casual 4 rightnow and have nothing in FW or Formal. I have wondered if these are only components for the reinforced cloth.

I would love any insight.
