I had a problem in my warehouse when I accidentally set down 4 crates on top of each other and was unable to pick them up. I was still able to target them just no pickup option on the radial menu and the /pickup <item name> command didn't work.

So I asked CSR Marlena L about a possible command to try while I was in the chat room yesterday, and she said if I can target it to try /move back. That worked!

I moved the crates apart and the full radial menus came back for all of them. I am very glad I do not have to have them destroyed by a CSR. Now if only that pickup command would have worked with the exotic leotard in my shop. I am still waiting for one to come get that one.

Any suggestions if the 'move' DOESN'T appear in the radial?

I have 4 of them close together, and I think 1 is overlapping, but I can't tell which..

No, no. You just click on either box and type /move back (or forward). If a radial menu came up, you could just select pickup and be fine.

It's really annoying.. I have like 2 sets of 4 crates each that I am unable to do anything with.

You're a life saver. I thought those two crates would be there forever in my back room. CS told me 'its been fixed' and nothing had changed. Lucky that you got someone to tell us what we needed to know. (Woot! I get my crates back!!!)

I found out why I could not pick up the exotic leotard, I had named it gold exotic leotard and all I was typing was /pickup exotic leotard. I tried /pickup gold exotic leotard and voila! Up it popped in my inventory!

We need a tip section that gets stickied so it stays up top for little fixes to common annoying bugs that are hanging around in the game.

You can also rearrange your crates by specifying a distance to move them. That way, you don't have all that wasted space between crates.

I found this out by trial and error when it happened to me in beta. Try /move back 5 (or some other number) to tighten up your warehouse.
