You might also want to post this on the galaxies forum if you haven't yet (I haven't checked there yet), but I know someone like Omek is on Naboo who has a nice shop, but I don't remember where exactly. Omek is a Master I believe.On Tatooine Zalas and Pebou are tailors, but neither are masters yet, so I don't think they can make those.
