I am a doctor/pistoleer and i have a quick question...

Can clothing be made that modifies a persons abilities without using enhancers or does it have to be made with slots in it? If so can modified clothes be made with slots for enhancers? I truelly know nothing about tailoring so i am very curious!

I am in the Scylla server on Tatoon in Mos Eisley looking for a good tailor who can make me an outfit.

Using bio-engineered components some clothes can be made with some enhancements. (That is supposing the biocomponents are working properly, I have read other wise atm) Also the higher the level the tailor the more chance they will make a socketed clothing. You can put "gems" you find into socketed clothing to enhance certain abilities also.

I think there is also certain pieces of clothes that enhance certain skills but I'm not sure on that.
