As far as I know, shirts can be worn under anything that is classified as a jacket, which includes armor breastplates. Exception is the Ubese armor, which has its own shirt, but you can still wear a regular shirt under the armor jacket if you skip the Ubese shirt...you'll have some clipping issues, but you can wear it. Judging by the look of a lined workshirt, you'll probably have clipping issues with any armor you wear it under. But I seriously doubt there's any armor you CANT wear it with.

Armor breastplates are actually classified as vests... You can tell because they can be worn with skinsuits while jackets can't..
