I made several pairs of High Quality Boots last night and noticed that the xp was not noticeably increasing, so I monitored the last pair. The xp increased by 7. I'm not 100% sure if the increase was due to the crafting of the boot itself or if I just happed to get factory xp (had 2 of them running) or user xp at the same time. Either way, 7 is WAY too low for something that takes as much resources and factory components as these boots do.
