I have been searching for weeks on the Sunrunner server for someone to make me a blue and black color scheme Special Op's Duster. First off I know all of you are tired of dusters, but at least I have color in the one I want. The question I have is wether or not it is possible to make a Spec Op's duster in blue. Please help, I haven't been able to find a soul that can do it, I just want to know if it can be done or if I am waisting my time.

Sorry, but they don't come in blue. They only come in the 48 ugliest shades of black, grey, white, brown, green, yellow and pink.

Do the Gunman's dusters come in Blue?

Going from memory, I'll say no. Dusters have the same basic colors as spec-ops ones.
