Thread: Mannequin's
Male and Female Mannequin's that we can place clothing to display on. While the items are on the mannequin it counts as one item in a house since they are equiped to that specific item, sort of like a vendor.
They could even come in different styles such asreflective silver, black, andtan.
Note: Armorsmiths could use them as well for their armor display's.
Kara she's asking for this so she can display male clothes. The "default invisible maniquin" is always female.
And yes, I would like more room in my house since there's not enough for everything I want to display, store and have handy while still decorating it nicely. ![]()
Yes Kylania that is what I was thinking. Even if they didn't give us the more items it would be nice to have a figure to equip them to that is already placed appropriately as well as being able to show off male styles.
Or how about one that cycles through themes. You can put items on it andit cycles through themes in some manner that you can specify. So for every 7 seconds it shows a display then changes. Could even be a holographic style image. Maybe even a name appears you can give each theme that way if customers ask for it you can give them the whole set.

It could also cost maintenance and need repairs as well as droid batteries to keep operational. =) Though it shouldn't use these items so much so that I have to worry about it every day. If I have to add a droid batter to it once a week that would be great. And if I had to have it repaired or replaced once a month that would be fine as well.
Hiring 4 in the merchant line is supposed to work so that you can hand your vendors clothes to wear. Unfortunatley it does not. Otherwise the vendors would be excellent for clothing display.

Woohooo! Severed heads! ![]()
All joking aside, this is a fabulous idea. I especially like the idea of being able to create/name "themes" for mannikin displays. Perhaps a holographic sign above the mannikin, or perhaps a phrase that the mannikin would /say. That way, you could actually script a whole sales pitch. It would be something like a recorded, looping message.
Well, unless they fix how houses count items even having something like this with a container won't let you keep more items. My house counts items in containers (such as packs) against my item total.
Maybecreating clothing-wearing droidsthat you can set to male or female, and even set to mimic various races (so they could model wookie clothing for us, or show a trandoshan how a pair of pants would work on him) would give the poor droid engineers another market. Then you can put them in your house if you like, or have it follow you around in the city and show off your goods. As long as those droids have room for both a storage module and a crafting station module I'd probably buy one.
I think if you could put clothes inside an R2 andhave itproject the person you have targeted wearing those clothes it would be cool. That's sort of like what's in the movie.
P.S. I want one of those crazy chess games for my house, battle chess on PS/2 (not playstation, you youngins) rocked!
