Who makes Heavy Duty Leather? It sounds familiar, but I can't find it anywhere.

I need it for a Crafters Apron schematic I've come across.

- I support a rollback and keeping & balancing the old combat system.

It's a loot dropthis guideshows what they dropped off of. I'm not sure if it's still accurate post-CU. Otherwise, there should be some on the bazaar.

Note: When it says "From a factory crate," that means you will need pieces with identical serial numbers.

And sinceyou can only create 3 ofthose pieces of equipment and then need to learn it again, which means you have to buy the receipe again, i advise to try to find larger series of the materials. One single loot can hold up to 10 of those heavy duty leather portions. If you buy one of those (just check that all have the same serial number) you make a factory schematic out of it and then produce 4 aprons while unly using one of the three uses of the receipe.

The leathers will cost a bit more, in the long run it saves you a tiny bit of money... though, you have to be patient, the aprons sell slowly. (Actually, better do that with the lightweight military travel pack, you can create 9 of those out of one use and they sell fine enough to the combat people... )

NOTE:

Crystalline Clothing Treatments have been dropping off of the new BH Mission Targets, so there's a chance that Leathers are as well. I looted an 8-item stack of CCT's off of a Mark last night.

Yes they do, but I have only looted one out of a 1000 or so Slicing loots and 5 CAs.
