Thread: BE tissues in synthetic cloth

I have Ranged/Melee defense tissues and I am able to use them in reinforced fiber panels but not synthetic cloth. They both say biological component as optional, why can I not use them in the synthetic cloth?

Some tissues go into synthetic cloth, others go into RFP. Follow the link in my sig for a list of which ones go into which.
