hi all, now i know i am not on all of ur servers, but i was making me a chef and either a tailor or BE. is tailor worth doing cuz i don't know if they make good money or not. but i was also thinking that if i went BE then i could maybe make more money and make my chef better. plz post ur ideas!

Tailor is a more casual crafting prof as i see it. Resource stats dont matter so you dont need to be on top of the best spawns and spend millions on a really nice type of tubers etc. Plus people wont buy clothes at the rate they buy food cos food is used up a lot faster.

Maybe if BE clothing got fixed it would strike a good balance between moneymaking potential and easiness but if money is all you want then go chef.

Either that or sell resources which you can do anyway.

You're probably asking the wrong people. The vast majority of the people on this board do think that Tailor is "worth it", since we're Tailors. I make decent money. I'm not filthy rich (I had 2.5 mil until I spent it on house maintenance), but that's always been enough for me. We may not make as much money as some crafting professions, but I think we more than make up for it by being the most fun.

BE clothing is again craftable. And even some of the ones with broken mods sell quite well.

If by 'worth it' you mean money.. nope. I believe we're the 2nd poorest crafters (after them poor Droid Engineers).

But.. I think it's worth it because I like clothes

Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game

Truthfully? Only you can really answer this question. I am a full time tailor and from ex and trying a full blown BE on test I am not sure it would be very easy.

Trying to gather the resources for the tissues is very time consuming, esp when you need lots of egg.There goes alot of your time there.

Then getting schem made, waiting, turning around and making cloth schem., waiting then finally clothes.

I have alts that are crafters as well. It's just hard trying to keep up with my vendors on a daily basis. Thats Not logging my alts in to craft.

If you want to make tailor "worth it", you need to keep those vendors full at all times!
