The bug with augmentation was that it was coming out with a text string instead of the correct wording, this meant it was not applied properly.
No other BE mods were suffering from that bug.

Rofl. They fixed the text string, for the augmentation, but they still do nothing. As a master doc, I bought a full suit of aug mods and my doc buffs for exactly the same stats with and without the mods on.
At the same time the Unarmed damage Mods do nothing as well. At least for a TKM. I bought a full set of unarmed damage / terrain neg modded clothes, and the terrain neg mods work perfectly, but I get the exact same damage for tkm with and without the modded clothes on.
On the bright side, the healing eff. mods work. My Master Doc can heal for the mid 1600's with the clothes on and mid 1500's with the clothes off. (That's with +16 shirt, pants, and jacket.) Hmm so I paid 90k for an extra 100 points per heal. hmm Kind of makes ya think...
Devs Please take note and make the BE mods work!

Well thats annoying, I was so excited about it finally being fixed
With the unarmed bonus you are trying it when actually unarmed yes? Having a knuckler equiped would stop the mod from working, or at least that's what I have been told.

Yep. I've tested this with my TKM toon. The unarmed damage mod works if you are bare-fisted, if you have any weapon readied (inc knucklers) then the bonus doesn't apply.
