Is there any point in collecting CA's for +25 Clothing Assembly & +25 Clothing Experimentation clothing for crafting?

Do we get more colours in the palette or anything?

As far as anyone can determine they have no effect whatsover. They certainly don't give you extra colours (if only).

i got a suit anyway even though it doesn't really do anything at the moment...now i just need some clothing repairca's to get that to +25 too and i'm all set...

what can i say? i like shopping

Ahh, well, ummm ... had the question been "Has any obsessivetailor been a complete and utter idiot and paid out millions to buy loads of tailoring CAs despite the fact they know they do sweet FA?" my answer would have been to whistle innocently and pretend that I'd never, ever fall into that category (while hiding my CA festooned Tailoring Outfit away from prying eyes).

Has anyone tested them to see if thier is a higher chance of 4 socket clothing when equiped?
