Skill enhancing attachments were transferable between clothes. I saw a nice pair of boots today that i certainly would have bought, but i simply cant give up my pistol accuracy boots just because the other pair looks better. If i could transfer attachments between clothing items, I'd be a lot more interested in looking for new stuff.

The main problem is that the enhancements for clothes are too rare.

i think the skill enhancement items are suppose to be rare, and if they can be taken out of clothing, they wouldn't be so rare any more. although i agree that they should either make the items usable multiple times (instead of just once) but with reduced skill mods, or they should make them drop a bit more often.
