Thread: Where is the Wookiee love?
Add this to the abyss that is the list of tailor problems:
Wookiee colors just plain suck! I was with a customer today that wanted red everything. So I said we couldn't make wookiee items in red and we compromised with another color. So later he wanted at least something red. A belt? No. A sash/bandolier? No. I could not make one thing solid red for this very patient wookiee.
I know many people share this problem and have experienced it first hand. It's just that (as far as I know) not one wookiee item can be crafted with the nifty new colors (or even the old ones).
If there is anything a wookiee can equip that is solid red (or any other decent color), let me know. It'll make our day.
Why can't the master tailors just make everything in any color possible? Is that too much to ask since decay got nerfed out of the park? 
Agreed. It is very frustrating to have people ask for certain colors, and having to tell them that we can't do that. "But you are a master tailor!"
Master tailors should be able to any color on any item.
No red in wookie stuff but you can make some very nice blue wookie items which sell like hot cakes for me.

I couldn't agree more, and this is coming from a non-tailor. I am fed up of not being to get even an item like a long formal jacket in a simple colour like black. Devs, what is going on?

Wookiees are the red-headed stepchilds here when it comes to clothes (at least that's the only time they get red *sigh*). It almost breaks my heart when a wookiee enters my shop, sees the large display of clothes for the other races and then asks what I can make for wookiees.
More items for wookiees and an enhanced color palette would rock
Yeh,I tried out the two strap myself, alas it's an off red. My customers words were something like "I want blood red". I cringed when he said that and I told him we'd try and work something out. He was very patient, and for a wookiee mind you 
"let the wookiee win"
Some wookie items like th wrap and Travellers helm can be made in a Crimson , deep red color. Problem here is you can't make matching gloves etc to go with it. It's bad enough that Wookies get no real armor..but thier clothing is very limited.. and you would think that things like battle padding would add a little protection. BAH! I am giving it a few more weeks.. Then I just might drop master tailor and do something else.
I am working pistol as well and made Novice Pistoleer yesterday.. I think I will continue with that until I make a final decision. I sell very little over 10K and most of my items are in the 500 credit range. I work next to a master weapon smith and Master armorer... There cheapest items now sale for 10K and they sale things that go for 80K or higher.. And not to mention thier vednors are always empty. I do good business but spend much much more time crafting to make the same amount as one of my colleagues.
I have been playing with the bioware stuff..but it is really really buggy.. by some accounts it doe not worka t all..lord knows it's hard to get it to work in anything anways. Why not allow us to add armor segments to clothing so we cana dd protection to it.
