Tailor Archive

I've been hit with a bug that made my clothing customization skill go from +60 to +160. Now instead of colorschoices fromTailoring II i have the colors of novice tailor or in some cases virtually no choices. Has anyone else had this problem? It is hurting my tailoring business. I put in a ticket with the csr's a week ago but have had no response.
