I don't know if this has been thought of, but a lot of times people want to see the an item before they buy it. Than I make the item and they want to preview the color.

Well my idea is image designers have a preview before they accept, so why can't tailors have the same thing. Just doesn't make sense that someone pays 10K+ for a master tailor item and they can't see what they're buying first.

Also a lot of people ask me (wookies mostly), well what kind of things do you have. Wouldn't it be nice if we had some sort of catalog they could preview and maybe they could do color sampling as well.

Anyways those are some ideas I've had. Your comments are welcome.

What I do, is put every item I can make up for display in my house. Then, I tell them where it is and ask them what color they would like it in.

If you craft in your shop, just drop the item so they can see it. It stands as if an invisible mannequin is wearing it. I get people that ask to try stuff on. If I don't know them, I don't let them. This is their preview.

What I'm referring to is something for them to preview before you even make the item. That way we don't waste resources and the customer gets exactly what they want the first time around.

This would really help especially with all the new colors.

I posted an idea for this a few weeks back, a tailoring catalogue which is like a crafting tool that doesn't craft but just shows the default image of the item that we see before we craft it. The idea hasn't been met with much response though.

We definitely need something. There are way too many clothes that we can make, and the customers probably don't have a clue about what all we can make.

I was thinking of building my own web site or referring to another website for items, but why should we have the customer do that, when we could get something implemented into the game.

A catalogue is a great idea. Perhaps it'd be nice if they gave each color numbers in the catalogue so instead of them saying I want red. They can say I want cc0000 and they'll get the exact shade they want.
