I was standing near the shuttleport in Bestine yesterday and I saw a field Medic run by in an outfit that I have never seen before. It looked almost like a armored breastplate and two-toned skirt with armbands, but I was so intrigued that I had to ask about it. The person declined on telling me exactly what it was since it was a Unique item (Which I didn't have any problem with, she was very polite =). However, I did learn that it was player created, and consisted of three parts.

I took a screenshot which I will like later, but I was wondering if anyone ever had any experience in combining items and achieved a almosted unexpected look. I am only 4,4,3,3 so I don't have everything yet, but I thought I knew what everything looked like. Any thoughts?I will update with link to image when I get home from work.

The top was almost certainly a Dress Uniform Jacket, by the description.

It has a metal breastplate and bands round the sides of the torso, leather-padded shoulders, and cloth arms. It's a Formal 4 item.

With armbands? Perhaps there was a sports wrap underneath. And I'm kicking myself for not having thought of doing that before, combining a short-sleeved jacket item with the sports wrap, just for the latter's armbands.. *laughs*

I made my good friend a "Unique Combination" that he and I are quite fond of.

You guys, however will probably gag.

New dark purple and light orange decorative headdress, yellow and fuschia short vest, firy red and blue formfitting undershirt, Pink & yellow casual shoes, a green and orange 2 tone formal skirt, some bangles that unfortunately dont show up and a yellow-orange immense gemstone necklace.

He looks like a freak hobo clown... it's great!

Actually, there's probably armor pieces involved. I have a client that has me match clothes to different parts of his armor. He only wears certain pieces to achieve his look. Bacers here, Chest plate there. And there are padded armor that looks like clothes. Armorsmiths can color certain armor too. It might have been a chest plate with the bracers on the arms. But please post the pic and I can try to name the armor as well.
