I usually takeout the items I need from the crates while crafting. Now, it randomly stops, to the point where I can't take out any item anymore, using the component or the inventory window, so I have to stop crafting to take the items I need out of the crate. It's extemely annoying, and I just lost 8 synthetic cloths from the bug (put them back into the component window but they didn't go back there), and I still couldn't take any out of the crate and I had to relog. The cloths have not reappeared, so now I have to remember to log tonight with lots of inventory space.

Has anyone else got the same problem? It worked fine last night.

This has been happening tome the last couple of days, but the items do reappear after a few minutes.

VERY often, things taken out of crates will not appear in your inventory immediately. 20-30 seconds is common. A couple of minutes, occasionally. But it SHOULD appear.

I've never had items TOTALLY not appear

This bug is different. I just had it happen to one of my crates tonight.

When the problem is lag, the number on the crate does go down every time you doubleclick it. Eventually, the lag catches up and all the components suddenly appear in the inventory.

With this bug, I can doubleclick the crate all I want and the number just stays the same. It didn't matter if I was doubleclicking it in the crafting window or my inventory. I eventually just ended up deleting the crate (only had like 5 syn clothes left, luckily).

I had the same thing happen to me....22 synthetic cloths still in the crate - useless. Destroyed the crate. Plenty of room in inventory, but nothing appeared. Number would drop to 21 for a split second then back up to 22 again. Got a different crate and the probelm went away....

heh.. this is not a new problem and at least my items show up eventually. When I first started making crates, it was much worse and nothing would get the syn cloths out of the crates. at least it semi-works now, even if it's slow.

It's happening to me too. ALL my crates. And the components I did manage to take out have also disappeared. *sighs*

I have something similar, but for me it takes 3-5 minutes for components to appear. Now in its own its not that bad, but i have a shop stocked with 200-250 items wich i restock when people buy items.

So, on huge business days (when a good 100 items get cleaned out) and i have to restock them all, the time it takes has passed from 30 minutes to 2 hours and up. I dont have that kind of time anymore since college started

So, i decided to close my shop for a while until this is fixed, I can't restock my shop this way, its too time consuming, its a game, its supposed to be fun, not time consuming.

Anyway, until then, i'm on ''vacation''

Ok it happened today again... I managed to retrieve 5 synthetic cloths, 2 jewelry settings with the crafting station opened, then it blocked at the second trim...

Well now I can't seem to retrieve any item from any factory crate either, all of them are bugged Relogging to desktop didn't help... Has anyone got the same problem?

Yes this happens to me too very often. I usually also take out the items from the crates as I craft, and sometimes it just stops and I can't get out another item.

What has helped for me, is usually using another crate with a different type of item, and the back to the item I want. Has worked almost everytime. If not I just wait 5 min and the crate usually starts working again.
