Got an order for a "samurai outfit". Has anyone ever made something like that?
I was thinking about a sunguard and a modest skirt (or maybe two-toned formal) but what about a shirt or a jacket? What do you think?

I've made the with a Thin Pleated skirt and a decorative vest alongwith a sunguard. If you want sleeves you could add a formfitting undershirt.
The thin pleated skirt also looks good with a dress uniform jacket...gives it a more "futureistic samuri" look
Hope this helps

Thank you! Can men wear thin pleated skirt now?
Yes, they can. I've made several "samurai" outfits for the Teras Kasi crowd using pleated skirts, two-tone skirts and thin-pleated skirts. Any of those work very well with the decorative vest.

I use a Counselmen's robe (red in the middle the rest black)with a sunguard, leather gloves and either uniform boots or wrapped boots..
All black of course that seems to be the money maker, newbies are attracted to black!

Great ideas, everyone, I'll try all of them!
What colors are in demand, besides black?
