Not sure exactly what you mean, as there is nothing called a "Cargo pack"

We have a Cargo Pocket (which is a component and can't be used as a container, though there are ones that are found as loot that can be used as containers) The resources needed are:

• 20 u Fiberplast


• 5 u Inert Petrochemical

We also have several different types of Backpacks (which are equipable containers) The resource requirements vary.

Travel Pack

• 50 u Fiberplast


• 10 u Polymer


• 5 u Hides


• 5 u Metal

Military Travel Pack

• 20 u Fiberplast


• 10 u Hides


• 10 u Hides


• 5 u Metal

Tech Pack

• 1 Cargo Pocket


• 1 Cargo Pocket
