where did you get the 1 Portion of Heavy Duty Leather??

Looted three off of a Nightsister Initiate. Used one in a manufacturing schematic and made two packs with the remainder.

Has anyone made this yet? I have the schematic but Im not a tailor so Im curious as to what the stats are and whats needed to craft it.

I have the Heavy Duty Leather, and can probalby get the rest if needed.
