Hi, I'm not really familiar with factories. I'm interested in making a large amount of synthetic cloth after I master tailor to use to master armorsmith. Does anyone know how long it takes to run off each synthetic cloth? For instance, I'll need 5500 sythetic cloth. Could anyone tell me how long this would take to finish?

It takes my factory about 3 days to make 1000 cloths. I don't honestly know if this is normal or not since i've noticed when using my friends food and chem factory and weapons factory, it took less then 30 minutes to make 3 crates of something. It may just depend on the quality of the factory.

I myself just examine the factory after I begin it running, it usually says in the examine window what schem is in and time it will take for each item. Fairly sure that is for everyone.

And I just had two factories just finished a run of 4000SC in 3 days for a friend, if that helps any.

For any schematic, once you start the factory running, the examine window will tell you how many seconds for each component. I think synth cloths are 120 seconds per cloth. Then you have to do... math (eew).

yes synth cloth is 2 minutes per cloth. Thats a LOT of minutes for 5500 cloths! took my factor almost 7 hours for 200 cloths last night.

My factories take 168 seconds to make a synth cloth. so figure out how many you need, calculate how long it's going to take and voila.... 168seconds * 25units = 4200 seconds or 70 minutes per crate.

1000 synthetic cloth comes out to 33hours 20min. The servers go down about every day for 2-4 hours. I figure 20hours of actual factory run time a day. For me, three factories would produce enough cloth to macro grind Mabarir chest plates, for an hour each day. The big problem is the 70k units of hide you’ll need.

70k hide is refering to the amount of hide you'd need to grind Mabari chestplates to master armorsmith.

Hide....errr???? I must be missing something, the last time I checked Syntheic Cloth only requires Fiberplast and Inert Petrochemcials. For a 1,000 schematic it takes 16K Fiber and 4K Inert. My factory takes forever to produce a schematic of 1,000 - but for some reason I keep thinking to myself that it didn't used to be that way before like a couple of patches ago...

The time taken also depends on the complexity of the item I believe.
