anyone tell me what can be done with heavy duty clasps dropped from a nightsistor spellcaster?

Heavy Duty Clasps are used in three items.

Weaponsmith's Toolset, 2 identical per item, pretty good and can be sold for a good price.

Droidsmith's Toolset, 2 identical per item, basically the same as the weaponsmith's but with droid engineer stats instead. Good but pretty much broken right now as one component was removed from the game long ago and is almost impossible to get.

Demolitionist's Belt, 1 clasp per item, how the devs ever thought this was a good item I'll never know. 3 stats on it, 2 of which no longer work and the other not particulary special.
