If you have a crate of the synthcloth with the bonuses, then you can use one in the schematic and run it. Don't try throwing in a bunch of separate myoflex tissue and hope for the best though... I don't use factories, because you wind up with a crate of the same colour. I have done this for a guild uniform order though. Normally, I just make items one at a time for diversity. Perhaps for formfitting undershirts, this might be different though

I've actually gone to factory runs only. I do the popular stuff and most people buy off the vendor. Before now, I had just said no to custom BE clothing orders. With my new setup the orders are few enough that I feel I can keep up.

The only downside is that when I was still keeping track, I had invested five million into BE clothes I don't know for sure anyone wants. But, yes, it does work.
