I got a tailor schematic that a friend looted and kindly gave to me, its a Weaponsmiths toolset (sorta like a bandolier) and 1 of the components i need is 2 identical heavy duty clasps from a factory crate, iv been trying to figure out what the hell it was and who could make it? i was wondering if sum1 could help me

Heavy Duty Clasps are loot drop items. They drop in batches from 1-10 with what I've seen.
