Have the developers said anything about any type of cape, cloak, or hooded cape/cloak to the tailoring community? I've been wanting a cape or a hooded cape like the people in the LOTR movies wear, and Jedi need some type of hooded cloak. It would add roleplaying value as well as satisfy a lot of people...

The only comment I've heard is from beta players who said that they tried to put the hooded cloak in the game but there were serious issues with the material not behaving properly when people moved and I think someone once mentioned all the material swishing around wouldmake the area laggy

They could easily make a hooded cloak similar to the one that has a hood folded back that's already ingame. All it does is resize according to your head size, it's simple.

A cape wouldn't really have to flap in the wind either, they could make it similar to how cloaks stick to your body.
