Hello Tailors!

I am a Transdoshan Lizard. I am a pistoleer by trade. I just found out that the clothes you all make can have "plus" stats on them! I am amazed! I thought taloiring was, umm.. boring? Well, I guess I'm wrong /sigh. Anyhow, I come seeking knowledge. I, as a Lizard, may I wear your wonderful "stat" clothing? And if so, can I wear it under my armor? any advice is welcome, and thanks.
