Tapes are added to the sockets after the clothing is created. Just pick up the tape, drop it over the item you want to add the skill to and voila, enhanced clothing from sockets.

You can't add skill tapes to sockets in backpacks thought.

How do you put the tapes in the sockets? Do they have to be made into a component first then put into the clothes? Thx for any help.
