Thread: Reading glasses? Or something similar???
I wish. I'd be Radiant's first Hot Twi'lek Librarian. That would be the perfect accessory to geek up my look.
And it would go perfectly with my pink-and-white padded armor. There's nothing that makes a manly manfeel more like a bullyin PVP than beating up a short Twi'lek girl in pink armor with a Master Tailor tag, unless it's beating up a short Twi'lek girl in pink armor with a Master Tailor tag...wearing GLASSES.
Oh well. ![]()
LOL Kara! Too funny! I can so picture it. *can't quit giggling*
I recall them saying we'd get more eyewear, someday. And earrings. And capes. And, and... what else is listed on the bazaar we can't/don't have? Heh.

anime is stupid, I bet you don't even understand japanese.
- First off, what does Anime have to do with my name? Nothing. Because you lack the ability to see that there is no relation of character's name to Tenchi Muyo (notice the difference in spelling) you throw that ridiculously pointless comment. But I'll help you out: C is the third letter of the American alphabet, and it looks nothing like an S. Then in the second word, U and O, and O and A are obviously (at least to me) different letters, and even more obvious, located in different places.
Tenshi = "Angel" (Ten - Heaven, Shi - Master( it also means Death))
(When you think about it, Angels are the "Masters of Heaven". The Japanese also have a word that tries to directly emulate the word "Angel", "Enjeru")
Tenchi = "Heaven & Earth" (Ten - Heaven, Chi - Earth)
Muyo = "Useless" (Also means "No need for")
Moya = "Mist"
Hence Tenchi Muyo would mean "No need for Tenchi" (since in this respect it is a name), but some translations find it to be "Useless Angel" which I find incorrect.
- Tenshi is always my handle, but I wanted something interesting for a last name. Originally I was going to go with the Latin word Kyrie which means "Our Lord" (From Kyrie Eleison) but I decided that since I had already used that in another game I would try something different.
- So... whether or not I understand Japanese is really of no consequence here, as I obviously understand more of it than you, since you still need to work on your Western Alphabet. What is to say my character's name is any less correct than a name generated by the game. Some of the names (of NPCs) in the game I have seen remind me of house-hold objects. And my name's far more valid than XXIamANewbieXxVX so what of it? I have a huge RP profile for my character and I role-play in-game.
As for the promise of more Eye-wear:
- I look forward to it!

As retarded and off-topic that comment was, it was kind of appropriate for SWG.
As far as the Glasses go, I'm not really sure, honestly, and I highly doubt it.
2) don't feed the trolls!
never said anything about tenchi muya, you assumed I did.
you are those anime nerds that watch it all day and try to think of cool sounding japanese games in game but have no real knowledge of japanese. go ahead and go to cosplay and claim everything is kawaii without realizing you are the bottom rung of society, I don't care.
I'll just laugh at you with people that actually know about Japanese culture/language..
I won't even attempt to dignify that with a response....
