i have a battle pad one shoulder deal with a +4 melee defense and a +14 stun resist/ +14 healing.

i put a rifle aiming, intimidation +9, and one hand sword accuracy skil tape on the pad.

the only mod i see is the intimidation both while Examining the pad and in my Skill mods.

that's fine with me because the intimidation is the only skill i wanted...........what i was wondering was...

do you only see skills you can actually use with the professions you know?

i was under the impression that all mods show up while looking at the item?

are they bugged?

how many will an item hold?

Yeah it's bugged. When you use a skill enhancer with multiple mods on it, only one gets used, and it's a roll of the dice which one you get. You were lucky!
