Thread: How do I find out the number of a certain schematic?

In my macro there is a line that calls for the exact number of my schematic. When using the generic crafting tool I simply had to county each schematic in my datapad til I got to the one I needed. Now though, I have to skip over the stuff that can't be made with the clothing tool which makes it a real pain.

Doing it once would be fine, but it seems that everytime I log on or learn a new skill the schematics all reset so I have to then recount and re-type the numbers in my macro... Does anyone else have this problem? And is there an easy solution?

I had the same problem:

1) If you are using a clothing & armor tool, count all the armor and clothes left to right, or change the view and count up and down. (in your data pad under draft schematics)

2) DO NOT SORT THEM IN ANY WAY, if you do, you must log and count it in the default order.

3) dont be near a crafting station, or that screws up your macro

i.e. icon #1= basic camp kit (dont count)

icon #2 = simple shirt (can be build with clothing tool, so count.. so theres 1)

icon #3 = whatever ur trying to grind ( this is what ur lookin for, just in this example, so this would be 2)

Might be kinda confusing, if u need help, send me a private message and ill get right back to you =)
