Are there any Tailors on Eclipse (ideally on Tatooine) who'd be interested in making me a black Vest?

The type I'm looking for is the default Scout Vest (i.e. the one Scouts start the game wearing) but in black. I'm not talking about Decorative Vests, Mangy Vestsor any other Vests that are fastened up. The one I mean is the open fronted/un-fastened one.

The default Scout vest is not craftable for some reason. Sometimes they'll loot in colors other than the color the scouts get, but not often. I collect uncraftable clothes and since release have seen maybe 4-5 vests that style in other colors. Trust me, we want that schematic desperately, and I personally think it's pretty lame that we can't make a noob character item!

We havea style that's a tiny bit similar (sleeveless, open front) but it has no pockets. And the color selection is bugged out so that black on that vest looks like a medium grey shade.
