Has anybody else noticed their Tailoring XP rising even when they're not making items?

Could this be the rumoured "XP for people wearing/using your items?"

Or does everybody already know about this and I'm just a bit slow...?

very very rarely do i see it go up. then again i only know 1 person who is always wearring the stuff i make for them. yet i sell 3 or 4 bh packs a day <shrugs>

If you are selling crates of cloth on the bazaar, then wehn someone uses them, you will get the UXP for the crafting
