Tailor Archive

I got a skill enhancement attachment that looks like a crystal but cant figure out what it is for tried a tailor, armorsmith and still no help , it wont go into sockets either please help...

i looted one b4 too. although it gave artisan experimentation -10. My guess is that it's a LS powerup
