The list of tailor websites is still there, in the Tailor FAQ where it belongs. A lot of the stickied threads were consolidated into one FAQ by our lovely and talented correspondant to cut down on the very large number of stickies we used to have. You just have to scroll a tiny bit through some other tailor info in this thread:

Currently, SWGTailor's image catalog is a bit buggy, I don't know why, but Shirow and I are working on it. Hopefully we will get it fixied soon
