I was just curious as to whether or not there is something that looks like a leather jacket available.

Casual Jacket is actually quite good too - I use it as the jacket in my "Indiana Jones" outfit.

Casual jacket looks just like one. And it can be made in all colors.

Yeah, I know... Even a wearable Satchel would be nice!
BTW, my formula for the Indy outfit is Casual Jacket in dark brown, Casual Shoes in dark brown, Comfortable Slacks in khaki, and tan Longsleeve Shirt. Without the hat, it doesn't automatically evoke Indy, but it looks pretty good all the same.
