Are they just clothes with a creature handler enhancement?

Clothing that has had BE tissues with + to taming put in.

They grant a bonus to taming wild/vicious creatures. I have lots of cloth that is +14


That might not seem like much, but you can double them up for a +25 maximum. Think how much easier it is to try taming those CL65-70 babies, knowing you have that little bit extra. When failure = the loss of a multi-million credit pet, I think the value is obvious
