Thread: Trying Again, Will you Retire from Tailoring w/ Vendor Cap

Please, only if you are voting yes, post in this thread. And then, please only say yes, aye, or some variation there of.

There are countless other threads for discussion, but what I am hoping to do is present to SOE, an informal list of tailors who will retire from tailoring with this vendor cap.

If you disagree, fine, but please don't post here, again, I am only asking for tailors who are planning to retire from their profession with the vendor cap implementation. Since players can't create polls, this is the only way I can hold a vote to see where a majority of the tailors fall. I do have a poll up on SWGTailor, but since it's not an exact science, I can't say, without a doubt, that every vote is a valid vote.

Thanks,

No, I don't see a problem with the vendor changes.

I agree. This also makes Merchant even that more worthless.

If the "no's" aren't allowed to respond how can you get an accurate vote...?

I don't use vendors, so for me it won't much matter. I think I will see more tailors resorting to the bazaar and shouting in the streets, or taking merchant so they can have more vendors.

I might give it up and go with armorsmithing fully. You could run a decent armorshop with 6/150 vendors, you couldn't run a decent tailor shop with that few.

Well if it weren't for the 20% discount I'd probably drop *merchant* all together if this happened seeing as how that would be the only truely worthwhile part of the merchant profession. As for Tailor, I'll stick with custom orders for a while but I have a feeling I'll be too swamped within a couple weeks and I'll have to hide away on my second account and probably eventually give it up.
