I'm training Tailor right now, as our guild just lost our only remaining Tailor.

Do Tailored items grant User XP? In other words, if somebody buys and wears my clothing, will I gain XP more quicky as the item is in use by another player character?

Yes, there is User XP, but it is so tiny its barely noticable

ie. Someone buys and wears of a shirt of yours, You gain 5 Tailoring XP!

I know that when I was a novice, there was no usage xp. Not sure about the situation now that decay is in. I would like to know whether decay has affected our experience.

The big catch is that you only gain UXP while your character is online! I went on vacation for a week and came back expecting I would've racked up a lot of UXP from all the clothing I'd sold. I came back to find I'd gotten exactly diddly-squat in Tailoring XP over the time I was gone....
