Hi im thinking of starting tailor, but only to a relativley low level. I will also be BE soon and wnated to make lower level BE clothing, can i use the enhancments in artizan items or do i need the tailor skill clothing?

if i entered the tailor tree how much more of a benefit would it be just having novice?

Im planning on clearing out alot of old skills to have chef/BE/Tailor all at low or mid range skills, nothing major.

i know some of you will think there is no point, but im not interested in grinding and spending all that money on huge amoutns of resources, or to search for all the high level specific resources, i want to keep it low key.

any ideas or answers or questions even, greatly appriciated.

Tahnks

Well, as I'm sure you already know...only certain BE tissues can go into certain components. Synth Cloth and Reinf. Fiber Panels. So, there is a limited number of clothing pieces that can be BE enhanced. The lower your tailor skill, the fewer clothes you have to enhance.

is there a certain set of skill boxs i should persue to get the max number of schematics, as that sounds like all i need to get.

I have read about the enhancments from a sticky so its just about making a varity of clothes.

thanks

Edit:

Doh! my bad. Tailor tree you were wondering about.

For "combat" bonus clothing, you need things that take RFP, so that means realistically fieldwear 3 (formfitting undershirt, spec ops duster, desert command jacket, heavy reinfoced jacket, reinfoced pants). Fieldwear 4 will give you a few more options as well (like the extremely popular paramilitary cammos).

For "healing & CH" bonus clothing, you need things that take synthetic cloth, so realistically that means I'd say casual wear 2 or formal wear 2 at a minimum.

i think he was asking about what skills in the tailor trees.

i would say you definitely need to get up at least high enough to make synth cloths and RFPs. once you have that, you'll probably want the casual wear and field wear lines. that should be enough to make clothes. you won't have many colors to choose from. plus, you won't be able to make the fancy formal wear from that line.

First advice I would give you is that if you are not going to Master BE then you are wasting your time. Without going master you BE components will be crap.
