Hello. I was wondering if ya'll can make draft Schematics for the fasteners and the fiberplast panels.
If you can, how do you do it? As I am not getting the option of making a protype item or draft schematic.

Are you using a clothing & armor crafting tool and standing next to a public or private clothing & armor crafting station?
(p.s. by draft schematics I assume you mean manufacturing schematics that you run through a factory. Draft schematics are in your datapad and permanent.)
