well sure, we can *use* the stuff, but since stats doesn't matter in tailoring we don't *need* it

I'd suggest you seek a weaponsmith. Not sure off hand if they need OQ but the SR and UT look great, and I do beleive that vertex is a specific for something thay craft.

you can try auctioning it in the trade forum, or ask around and see how much the WSs are willing to pay. prices are server-specific, so a little research on your own server goes a long way

Vertex Gemstone is used in armoursmith Stun layers for armour.

Only problem is OQ is most important stat for this followed closely by SR, with UT and then Mal.

On my server i wouldnt touch the vertex you listed, but thats only because a much better quality one seems fairly easy to get hold of with 930+ on all stats except mal which is 390 (which only effects encumberence anyways)

Your server may be different however and this may be worth more, everything in armoursmith requires OQ/SR really, so this wouldnt be good even as a generic item as better is probably easy to get. But weaponsmith is something ive never tried and it may be used in that and different qualities required.


EDIT: if your asking me how much i would pay for this as a tailor (since its on a tailor forum) it would be 2cpu (but that goes for an gemstone regardless of the stats, we just look for cheapest stuff around generally)

My Master Tailor is also a Master Weaponsmith. Unfortunatly, when using Gemstone for Weapon Scopes and Blaster Pistol/Rifle Barrels the OQ is the only stat that matters. I lucked out, as a GREAT shift of 983 OQ Ryll Gemstone (used in advanced Blaster Barrels) shifted in just behind my shop. ended up with about 350k units of it.


Also, i can't think off-hand of a specific weaponsmith item that uses Vertex Gemstone.
