Thread: What materials should i start stock piling for when i hit novice tailor?
i am mining lots of polymer and fiberplast... Soon to move onto steel...
what should i be saving up.. =)
Thank you..
The only thing you're gonna need for a good long while is metal and fiberplast..
You won't start to even use crate material until the final levels of tailoring, so worry about that later...
Thank you everyone =)
Tonight i will start more fiberplast and steel.. ty..
In order of importance for schematics up to Master Tailor (and it's good to prepare in advance for that) I'd sort resources more or less like this:
- Fiberplast
- Metal - Steel (keep an eye out for Thoranium Steel)
- Inert Petrochemical - Polymer
- Gemstone - Crystaline (Keep an eye out for Green Diamond Crystaline Gemstone)
- Metal - Copper
- Gemstone - Armophous (Keep an eye out fot Plexite Armophous Gemstone)
- Titanium Aluminum
- Iron
- Low-Grade Ore
And next to that you'll needs lots of hides... lots and lots of hides. Really, you can't get enough hides. Mainly Wooly and Bristley hides, but really any hides are good. (And get a small stock of Tatooinian Wooly Hide and Nabooian Scaley Hide.) You won't need as much of them as some of the tops things on that list, but since they're much harder to come by for non-combat characters it's good to stock up on them and stock up on them early. Oh, and a little bit of bone might be an idea too, there actually is a schematic requiring bone.
Hope this is of use to you.

geez.. why do clothing take metals?
Any website for tailors yet?
don't clothing use hides or bones?
Fiberplast (tons), polymer, steel and hides (any kind + wooly) will be your first real needs. those never go away hehe just more gets added on as you progress
