I'm curious, the only twi lek females I have seen are dancers, but what would be a nice outfit for a fighter?

i recently dressed one in a pink trader flightsuit and pink lekku headwrap

that worked out pretty well

my fighting outfit is a bone crest, sports bustier, camos, casual jacket, and sandals.

there are plenty of good looking clothing for twi'leks

Infiltration leggings, the small bustier, long uniform gloves and uniform boots

or

reinforced pants (2 different colors) low-cut top, long uniform gloves, sturdy boots and a nightsisters right arm bicep armor.
